Definitions
1. Data Controller (Controller) – TEDO Patrycja Krasowska – Morawiec with its registered office in Zabierzów, ul. Śląska 334, entered into the register of entrepreneurs NIP [5130158699], REGON [121551657], responsible for processing personal data in accordance with applicable regulations.
2. Personal Data – Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, in particular name, surname, email address, phone number, residential address, online identifiers, or location data.
Processing of Personal Data (Processing) – Any operation performed on personal data, such as collection, recording, storage, organization, modification, disclosure, viewing, deletion, or destruction – regardless of whether it is carried out by automated means.
User / Client – A natural person using the TEDO website or entering into an agreement with TEDO, whose personal data is processed by the Controller.
Service / Website – The website available at www.tedo.pl, through which the User can view the offer, place an order, submit an inquiry, or use contact forms.
Consent – A freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous indication of the data subject’s wishes by which he or she, by a statement or by a clear affirmative action, signifies agreement to the processing of personal data relating to him or her.
GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
Processor – An external entity that processes personal data on behalf of the Controller, e.g., IT service providers, postal operators, courier companies, accounting firms.
Recipient of Data – A natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or another body, to which the personal data are disclosed, whether a third party or not.
Cookies – Small text files stored on the User’s end device, used to ensure the proper functioning of the website, content personalization, traffic analysis, and marketing purposes.

I. Processing of Personal Data
Personal data provided to us is processed:
- to the extent necessary for the proper provision of electronic services and the fulfillment of orders;
- for the purpose of fulfilling your inquiries and orders for products offered in the TEDO online store;
- for processing your complaints and issuing refunds in case of contract withdrawal (return of goods);
- if you do not object to receiving marketing information from us – including commercial information sent electronically – your personal data will also be processed to provide you with information about the store, its offers, promotions, and products.
Providing personal data is voluntary; however, refusal to consent to its processing may prevent the provision of electronic services and making purchases in the TEDO online store.
By providing us with your personal data, you always have the right to access, request its update, or deletion. You can also request the complete deletion of your data at any time.

TEDO ensures the security of personal data through appropriate technical and organizational measures aimed at preventing unlawful data processing and accidental loss, destruction, or damage.

V. Scope and Purpose of Personal Data Processing
We process your personal data to the extent necessary for:
- the provision of electronic services and the fulfillment of orders,
- handling inquiries and complaints,
- processing returns and withdrawals from contracts,
- sending commercial and marketing information (with your consent),
- contacting you regarding order fulfillment,
- maintaining accounting records and fulfilling tax obligations.
Scope of processed data:
- name and surname,
- address,
- email address,
- phone number,
- NIP number (for entrepreneurs).
Legal basis for processing:
- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – necessity for the performance of a contract,
- Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR – legal obligations (e.g., accounting, taxes),
- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interests of the controller (e.g., pursuing claims, customer contact),
- Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – user consent (for marketing activities).
VI. Recipients of Personal Data
Your data may be transferred to:
- service providers: IT, hosting, and payment,
- courier and postal companies,
- legal and advisory firms,
- marketing service providers (with your consent),
- public authorities – only to the extent required by law.
Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.
VII. Data Retention Period
Personal data is processed:
- for the duration of the contract and until the expiration of the limitation period for any claims,
- for accounting and tax purposes – for 5 years from the end of the year in which the tax obligation arose,
- for marketing purposes – until consent is withdrawn.
After this period, data is deleted or anonymized.
VIII. User Rights
You have the right to:
- access your data,
- rectify them,
- erasure (“right to be forgotten”),
- restriction of processing,
- data portability to another controller,
- object to data processing,
- withdraw consent at any time,
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
IX. Newsletter
- The data controller for individuals subscribing to the newsletter is TEDO Patrycja Krasowska-Morawiec, ul. Śląska 334, 32-080 Zabierzów, NIP: 5130158699, REGON: 121551657 (“Controller”).
- Personal data processed in connection with newsletter subscription includes the email address and – if the User voluntarily provides it – the name.
- Personal data is processed for the purpose of sending the newsletter, which includes commercial, marketing, educational, and promotional information regarding the Controller’s activities, products, services, events, and special offers.
- The legal basis for processing personal data for newsletter delivery is the consent of the data subject, in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
- Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the provision of the newsletter service.
- Personal data will be processed until consent is withdrawn by the subscriber or until unsubscribing from the newsletter. Upon withdrawal of consent, the data will be immediately removed from the mailing list.
- The subscriber has the right to:
a) access their personal data,
b) rectify data,
c) erase data (“right to be forgotten”),
d) restrict processing,
e) data portability,
f) object to processing,
g) withdraw consent at any time,
h) lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. - To provide the newsletter service, the Controller may use the services of external mailing system providers (e.g., MailerLite, Mailchimp, or other equivalent tools) who act based on a data processing agreement.
- Unsubscribing from the newsletter is possible at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in the content of each email or by contacting the Controller at the email address: kontakt@tedo.com.pl.
- Subscriber data may be processed by automated means, including profiling, to tailor newsletter content to the recipient’s interests. The Controller does not make decisions based solely on automated processing that would produce legal effects concerning the subscriber.
