Order processing time is usually from up to 3 business days after payment is credited. In the case of products marked as made-to-order, the deadline may be slightly longer – we always inform about this in the product description.

The cost of delivery depends on the selected form of shipment and the country of delivery. Current courier and parcel rates are displayed automatically when you place an order.

Currently, we do not offer in-person pickup. All orders are processed exclusively by courier or parcel delivery.

Of course! Just select the appropriate option in the shopping cart or add a comment when ordering. We will pack the products in an aesthetically pleasing way, and the confirmation of purchase is sent to the orderer only electronically.

Preorder is the opportunity to order a product before its official release. This allows you to guarantee your book or mascot before they go on regular sale.
Preorder products are shipped on the day of release or just after.
Payment is taken at the time of ordering.
The exact shipping date is given in the product description – we always update it on a regular basis.
