Conditions for returns

In the tedo.com.pl store you have the right to return purchased products within 14 working days after receiving the shipment.

Any return must be reported by email to: kontakt@tedo.com.pl.

The funds will be refunded to the designated account within 10 business days of receipt of the shipment by the same payment method.

The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.
